Quirky walking stick carved from a piece of scrap pine and decorated with a stylized two-legged figure at the top; shaft carved in swirls, a circle, a cross and scribing near bottom; tip bears traces of old white paint, circa 1950; 34 3/4 in. long, 1 1/2 in. wide, 3/4 in. thick. ~ $185.

Spanish-American War cane, carved with eagle holding snake in beak and "Liberty Cap" emblem; also with carved crest, leaves and detailed scribing and simulated woven handle; circa 1898, 35 in. long. ~ $285.
