tall, 3 1/4 in. wide at base; probably German-American in origin, possibly
to hold matches; nice old finish. ~ $80.
Little red house with a nice dry red finish; not a doll house since
there were no openings until a squirrel created a skylight and moved in;
10 3/4 by 16 3/4 by 13 1/4 in.; has three gables, wooden chimney and scribed
windows; circa 1920. ~ $250.
Six-level graduated corner shelf with an old varnished finish; approx.
6 1/2 feet tall; very light, may be made of bass wood; bottom shelf has
been trimmed on right side long ago; bottom dated 1831, but I don't think
it's that old. ~ $350.
Curious painted box and carving, circa 1940s; box is 5 1/2 in. long,
also painted on inside; carving is 6 in. tall; purely decorative, since
carving does not fit inside box. ~ $125 for the pair.
A genuinely odd but genuinely wonderful plaster-cast image of a little
girl holding a bunch of flowers. This is not a fragment. The plaster
was poured over an image and twigs were embedded in the back to strengthen
it; 8 1/2. in. tall, 5 1/2 in. wide; circa 1900. ~ $80.
Rustic twig carrier in old white paint; marvelous construction, solid
not flimsy; circa 1910; 19 in. by 15 in. by 11 in. ~ $150.
Hat rack in the shape of a shield, made of varnished wood, with seven old
cane heads instead of pegs; circa 1900; dry brown finish overall, 24
in. by 17 in. ~ $350.
Whirligig of a pipe-smoking bass-fiddle player; when blades spin
he saws at the bass fiddle; circa 1930, painted in green, white, red and
black; bass fiddle made from cigar-box wood; mounted on a period rustic

Double wall pocket from Pennsylvania, circa 1890, decorated with
mirror and brass-head tacks and retaining its original dry brown surface.

Incredible corner shelf of turned and carved wood; 7 feet tall with
